MIGRATOR RULE

Ad property "code_type" will be changed to "content_type"

Value of "code_type" will be changed for "content_type" as below

html --> html
link_with_image --> image
link_in_iframe --> iframe
create_your_own --> wysiwyg


field value "window_source" ( actually that is iframe_source in old db for ad type window_popup ) will go to  "url_url"
For window popup : 
	if code type is 'link_in_iframe' then content_type will be 'url' and iframe_source value will go to contnet_url['url'] array;
